My church used My Passport drive to backup its files. This was fine until the main computer had a major hardware problem and the computer had to be replaced. On attaching the WD My Passport drive to the new computer, I was prompted to configure the drive. Once this was done, there no backup files from the previous computer that I could find. Is there somewhere else I should look to find the lost files to restore. It is a Windows 10 system
Just get in touch with data recovery companies so they can extract the data from the drive for you.
