Backup and retrieve tabs are disabled

Hi

After installing the latest update, the backup and retrieve tabs were disabled. Following instructions found on the community ( http://community.wdc.com/t5/WD-Smartware/No-enable-backup-and-retrieve-funtions/td-p/126014), I reinstalled WD smartware from scratch. The backup and retrieve tabs came back on but WD smartware seemed to have forgotten about previous backups and started backing up evrything again (not very smart). I installed the first update that is pushed after the first installation. Now the backup and retrieve tabs are disabled again and I fear my previous backups have been lost.

Please help.

Hi, just click on the passport icon in the home tab and that should make the backup and retrieve tabs accessible again.
