Backing Up Two Internal Drives on Mac OS 10.4

I’m on mac OS 10.4 and just bought a Passport Elite SE with Smartware. The Smartware software only seems to recognize my system drive, but ignores my second internal drive which has all my projects on it. Anyone know how to get it to back up both drives?

On the home tab there should be a dropdown box underneath your computer icon. Just change that to the other drive.
