Backing Up Network Drives / Folders?

I just purchased a Passport Essential with SmartWare.  I planned on using it at my office to back-up the documents on my network folders and drives.  Unfortunately, Smartware doesn’t “see” my network drives - it only sees my internal HDD and two USB flash drives.  When I try to simply drag and drop the files in File Directory view, it says I can’t create the folders.  Any thoughts?

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
