Backing Up Mounted Drive to WD Passport

Hi,

I have a NAS which has some info on it that I want to backup to the WD Passport 1TB drive.  When the software does the scan, though, it only looks at the local disk – not the NAS.  How do I tell the software to also backup part of the data on the NAS?
