Hello, I am at loss to fix an error where the drive cannot back up whatsoever. I am running windows 8.1 on Dell laptop. I had used an older WD product before, but my new drive doesn’t work at all. I have tried reinstalling and running everything as an admin, but to no avail. I am unsure how to proceed
