Hope someone can help me, spent hours already. I am a MAC user but had to buy a Dell Laptop for work. I upgraded to Win10 then down graded to 8.1. I used a new PP Ultra to back up through the system, I did not install WD software first (stupid me). A list of files and disk images that I can see. There is no way to just restore through 8.1, it will not show the Drive in System and Maintenance. Dell wants to charge me $200 for a software protection package that will walk me through the steps, WD would not help at all because I did not use their software!!! Can someone please help I spent hours on You-tube, chat rooms, googling the problem. I will even go back to Win10 using the disk image if it’s easier.
There are 3 HD Disk Images on says ESP the other two have a mixture of numbers and letters, they vary in size with the largest 46,466,048; thn a number of XML Documents.

What software did you used?
I used the internal software (in system and maintenance) of a dell laptop with Windows 10.
