Backed up laptop on MyPassport - how do I recover files?

I used the WD tools to backup my laptop a few months ago. My laptop died last week and I need my data. Is there a way to recover my backup? The folder with my laptop name is on the WD drive.

When I open the folder, there are 3 additional folders and a file, MediaID. The folders are: Backup 2013-10-02 013911, Catalog and SPPMetadataCache.

The backup folder has 14 files with very long alphanumeric names (3 VHD files and 11 XML files.)

My question is what command or tool do I use to recover the data on a new laptop?
