Automatic backup on Passport Ultra not working

My passport Ultra is 2 days old. I have it set for continuous backup but it doesn’t seem to be working. New files or additions to old files are not showing up on the portable drive…

Also I have the sleep timer set for 10 min. How can I tell if its actually in sleep mode, the light stays on and slowly blinking all the time.

What version of the Software are you using? Try checking if you have the latest version of the software.
