i keep getting a message stating “the device does not support synchronization of subscription content” and another message "Not supported by device

i have a Sansa e280 which works just fine but the clip is giving me problems - i have downloaded the daily wall street journal and it works fine - any help out there?

Make sure you have the latest firmware and set to Autodetect or MTP mode.  First start by reformatting the player from the Settings menu.  Under Sttings>Format> Yes.  This will clean up the DRM license store.

Suggest upgrade to the latest firmware as well if you did not do so.  More stable with the latest firmware.
