How do I rewind an audio book that has finished? I can only rewind when it is in play mode. It will not go into play mode when the book is finished.
I don’t know, but it is really frustrating. I end up deleting the book, and reinstalling it.
I am sad to hear this happens on more than one version of this player. I have an m240 and have the same problem. This piece of junk won’t let me listen to anything that comes within a few seconds of ending, and needs to be reloaded.
I won’t buy another, what a waste of my time and money.

I have a friend who has a m230. She has this problem also. Is there a resolution?
I have found out that there is a number of plays field in the DRM (Digital Rights Management). The player may not allow more that that number of plays.
I have a couple of audio books that I have played many time. The number of plays must not be set in the DRM of those files.
When the number of plays expires, one can delete the book and synchronize the book again to start over.
