Anyone else STILL waiting for a replacement unit?

They said that if the clip snaps off more than once that it’s down to customer negligence and they won’t replace it usually but they’ll replace it for me this once as I had to wait a long time last time. " If the clip is broken again, it is considered physical damage due to mishandling and is not covered under warranty. " They won’t give me a Zip Clip, in fact they still offered a 4 + 4 and still want tme to return it to the Czech Republic at a cost to me of about €12…

So I think I’ll live with it and consider never buying a Sandisk mp3 product again if the build quality and customer services is always going to be like this xD

If it’s any consolation, SanDisk says that the Clip Zip’s clip is hardier than the clip on the Clip+ . . . .

And the Clip+'s clip is about 500% stronger than on the original Clip.
