Any hierarchy available?

I’m very excited about my new WD MyBookLive, but hoping there’sa better solution than making all of the shares it’s looking like I’ll need to make.

I’d like to have a Contractors share with all contractor info, resources, etc.  Easy enough.  Then, within that area, I’d like to have a private folder for each contractor to have the only access to (besides me, of course). Is there a way to do this without creating a share for each specific contractor?

Hi, unfortunately there is no way to block sub folders, only the root folder can be made private. You might want to suggest the idea in the Network ideas section. Check the link below.
