On my computer I dragged and dropped Anastasia album to Anastacia folder and then deleted Anastasia folder. Then dragged and dropped Anastacia folder to my sansaclip. On browsing the sanclip music folder all seems o.k. but when I view under artists on my sanclip player I get two artists : Anastasia and Anastacia with their respective albums. (Anastasia - Freak of Nature, Anastacia - Not that Kind).
Managed to solve the problem - using windows media player to rename artist and delete inappropriate spellings. Then transfer music using synchronise function.
