After installing WD security Icon is not desplaying

Hi,
I tried to install WD security application for my laptop.
First I installed the software and it asked me to update it, So i upgraded it after that I didn’t see any icon on the desktop. Also there are no files for WD Security under C:\Program Files (x86)\Western Digital.

My drive is Passport ultra, i bought this product recently. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hello,

As a recommendation, do a search on your computer to see if the app was installed. If yes, uninstall that and download the latest version from the WD support site.
