Can anyone anyone give me the address or info on where to send my player to have the security features removed? Also, I heard stories of the memory being wiped out when it was returned. Is this true. I appreciate any help I can get. Hate to waste all that money I spent.
I would say the institution where you acquired this would have this information for you. While there have been discussions of this, I haven’t seen it posted anywhere here or on any other forums.
Or, perhaps, SanDisk Customer Service would have the number/address.
