I have bought My Book World Edition II White Light recently. But when I trying to add torrent file to downloader section, the drive is rejecting the file, saying " Failed to get information from the file". I had turned off the firewall, antivirus programs but still it is not accepting the file. Is there any special characters, spaces like that which leads to rejection of file. I had done factory default reset but still it is not working.
