Acronis True Image for SanDisk

The Feb 2026 update for Acronis True Image for SanDisk seems to be bugged. I have been using it for a while now and have had no issues with it doing backups, restores and the like.

But when trying to install the update today, it says it downloads it, and supposedly installs it, yet I keep getting a message that there is a new version. I have been in contact with SanDisk support about this issue and followed all the directions even using the Acronis Cleaner Utility tool, all to no avail.

I am wondering if anyone else is having this same issue.

Yes to both of those. This software doesn’t seem to have much support in terms.of having it’s own sub like many of the software downloads do.

And the only thing I have seen thay comes even slightly close to anu of this is a WD Version of the software and all those threads are years old.
