I accidenatally formatted my new My Book EHD to AFPS, and now when I try to erase and get back to Mac OS, there is no choice in the drop down box other than AFPS. How can I reformat to Mac OS Extended (journaled)?
What did you use to format the EHD? Disk Utlity?
Sorted, thank you. APFS is fine, works without problems. I was confused by the acronym, but it’s Apple File System, hence the APFS which I hadn’t seen before. Thank you for taking the trouble to reply c
