Neutron Bob and other Sansa experts on this board continue to do a wonderful job when they reply to the problems we post. What I don’t understand is why the online Sansa documentation doesn’t include – at a minimum – all the information that is repeatedly requested by us users? The count of replies to a message or the number of people who review messages IS available, so why isn’t this info used by Sansa? I would think it would gain the company a lot of compliments (and as a result increased sales) to issue more complete information in the user guides. Word will get out into the general public and we can stop venting our frustrations about details that are not covered in the guides Sansa provides. The time Sansa people spend on answering questions either online or by phone could be time be better spent, I think.
