500gb my book problem

i got two (2) 500gb my books and one of em stopped being recognized…

for example; if i go to “devices and printers” i see my device but cant access it, i dont see any lock on it

the comp gives me the “jingle” when a device is connected, but when i go to “my computer” doesnt show it

Look in disk management and see if it’s there. It may need a letter assigned to it. Also while there see if it is online if not change it to online.
