Bought SanDisk Ultra 1TB 5 month ago. Directly for SanDisk. Filled it up. And it started having problems, deleted some files, still got errors, tried to reformat, got errors, files that i deleted are back on the card. Unmounted, removed, reinserted, still errors. Tried entering serial number to check if it under warranty but didn’t fined my serial number. What do i do now. Don’t really mind loosing files. But i don’t want to spend 90.00 for another card.

For the Card authenticity, contact SanDisk support directly and provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
Next, If you don’t mind losing files, try a low-level format before sending it in: Try diskpart (Windows) or disk utility (Mac) to erase it. And, the behavior you described (deleted files returning, failed formatting) suggests a bad NAND chip or a counterfeit issue (unlikely since you bought it directly).
My suggestion would be, since it has been only 5 months, you should be eligible for a free replacement under warranty. So, Replace it.
This suggests a problem I have seen with higher capacity storage, problems get worse with higher capacity points
