I have had major issues with my thunderbolt drive randomly ejecting and now it doesnt show up at all? This is disappointing to say the least. It doesnt show up in disk utility and cant access it via WD software…
Seems I need to recover data and find another drive? Anyone had similar issues?

As a troubleshooting step, if the Thunderbolt drive power cable is connected to a power strip, try connecting it directly to a power socket. If possible also try connecting the drive to another Mac.
