Recently i upgraded both computers to Win 10 from win 7. Now i can not access my My Book 4 TB. P/n WDBFJK0030HBK-0A S/N WCC4E4AZ07DV. It’s in device management so i know its alive but for some reason its only showing 1 partition. The partition with all of my movies is not there. What can I do to save everything?
