3TB My Book not picking up on Windows but on a Macbook

3TB My Book can show up and read and write files on a Macbook, but on Windows 10, even checked Disk Managment and Device Manager. It still does not show up. I can tell its plugged in but i guess Windows 10 Cant recognize the drive or something. Very werid and any help would be helpful! Thanks. - CNBCodeNameBhop

could be the disk is formatted with Apple which Windows cannot read

this is why larger NAS boxes are popular as they support all operating systems
