Why is my USB drive not recognized by my television?
Drive model: 32GB Cruzer Blade
TV: Samsung TV is a 37 inch 5000 series LED TV
My only computer is a first generation iMac running snow leopard.

Maybe this is a hardware incompatibility problem. Have you ever tried other computers?
What are the specs for the TV’s USB socket? What is the format of the Cruzer drive?
The Format is Mac OS Extended (Journaled). And I have tried it on one other computer, worked fine.
Also, Not sure where to find specs for the TV’s USB socket…
TV most likely reads FAT32 drives. Reformat the flash drive and try it.
