I have a WD 1TB Blue SATA drive which is not seen in Data Lifeguard. In Disk Management, I see the c:> boot drive which is a 500 GB WD drive, and for the !TB drive I see no drive letter but it has 3 partitions with data on the drive but not accessible. I would like to restore the data, but if unable to do so I would like to be able to access the drive to reformat it. All commands in DM are greyed out and not accessible. Help, I don’t know what else to try.

Have you test the drive on a different computer?
Have you tried using the WD DLG tool?
