Clips connects then disconnects from computer over and over. I don’t have bounce back launcher(bblauncher.exe). I checked processes. could it be that my bounce back goes by something else or is it another problem? :angry: And yes, I did reset the device manager drive for USB.
Might be the cable… or the USB port… Try other ports, preferably the back port (if available). Does switching modes (MTP/MSC) help?
When this has happened to me it has been a power issue. As chux says, try a back port. If you’re on a laptop make sure it’s plugged into the mains. If you’re using a hub, try plugging it in directly.
