Hello.
I have (1) WD MyBook Essential (2TB) drive that I’ve been using for about 2 years now and love it. I just added a 2nd one of the same exact model (2TB), got the Smartware setup and everything… went in and set the PW, etc. but it won’t lock.
I get (2) virtual CDs showing up in My Computer, so that went ok… but my 2nd drive won’t lock or unlock. I can double-click on the ‘Unlocker’ icon for the 1st drive I have setup, and that prompts me to enter my PW… which unlocks that drive fine.
Any suggestions??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
