2 My Passport Ultra Drives quit simultaneously - Need Help

I left Panama City Monday with my drives in my luggage. Drove to Austin, then to Waco on Wednesday. When I attempted to transfer files that night, neither of these drives was recognized.
One showed up briefly in disk management with no partition data. The other did not.
Both drives show steady blue lights when plugged in. I have tried them on three different PCs, and with different cables.
The cables are good. All three cables work on my last remaining Passport (USB 3.0, but not an Ultra).

The working drive has not been updated recently, as I assumed that the two Ultras would be adequate.

Two of the PCs are on Windoze 10, the third is on Windoze 7. I do not have admin rights on the W7 PC, so I cannot get into disk management.

Any thoughts?

If possible, try using a different USB cable or different ports.

If stills the same, please try contacting WD Support for further assistance.
