Now me sit and soon cry…Me have 1 _ My Passport Essential SE 1 TB & My Passport Essential 320 gb _ that me most have added to my _ WD TV Live Media Player _ and both have working perfect and they are around 1year old both of em.
But last day i take em both lose since i need to transfer things and everything was working fine and put em back to media player and so far so good and me turn of media and went out. When i later on put it on again i see lamp on both drives is working tu full and the orginal sound like its going is comming but nothing cant be found! nothing! take em lose and have now tried on 4 complet differnent computer and nada… the only i get answer on all of the computer is ‘usb device not recognized’!!! 4 computers, tested total 12 differnt cables but nada!
I remember for a while ago i had a smiliar problem with another WD drive ut forget how i sorted that out…
PLease help me out and me living in Thailand so warranty cant be find here but disks are bought in Europe so they are proper but most important is that there is really important files on em both that me need real fast!
Please WD help me sort out this fast!
