My Hd Stop All my system process and its take too much time to show up in my computer and hangs sysytem also,is this a cable problem or what and till then light blinks continously.

It could be a cable issue.
As a recommendation, you can test the drive on a different computer and using a different cable, make sure that you test the drive on a desktop computer and connect the drive to the back USB ports of the computer to make sure that the drive gets enough power.
