1T My Book How Do I Know The Date Of My Backups? It Doesn't Show Under The Retrieve Tab

I have a 1T My Book that I use as a backup. This is the first time that I’m trying to retrieve a backup. I have 4 showing available but there are no date stamps showing. Is there anyway to find the date stamps on the files that I have??
