Hi Friends

I am using T.0 TB WD passport external Harddisk, suddently stopped responding and when i tried to reconnect and restarted the Laptop. Only able to detect CD Drive G: and when click that there is a error message “application not found”. How to retrieve my data i am worried. Please advise.

Hello,

Did you had any security set on the drive?

Have you tried using the drive on a second computer and see if a data recovery software can read the drive.
