my mp3 isn’t working right. every one of my songs are a “bad track” so iam guessing i need to put the firmware on it. but how do i do that ? plzzzzzz help.

Sorry, but you guess wrong. Firmware won’t help this issue. Your files are corrupted. Run ChkDsk to fix them, or format the player and re-load them.
