10% Off Coupon doesn't work

The front page of shop.sandisk.com offers a 10% Off coupon for registering. So I registered and received the code in email.  Apparently they've been giving out that same code to everyone who registers SDS1067071 for about the last 6 months. The email says Sansa MP3 players are excluded and the code expires 3/29/2009. But when I tried to buy some M2 Memory Stick Micro cards and entered the code in the checkout page it said "Invalid Promo code".  How do I get the 10% off?
