Sansa e200R (Rhapsody)

Hi, i updated mi player e280r with the last firmware from this web http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1449, after the updated the player show the message "Load main image failed switch to recovery mode", i try several times the updating and not work. I format too the player, but still not working. Is possible to update with the firmware of the e200 series? And where can i find the file .mi4 to download directly without the firmware updater?

Loading the wrong firmware on the player is a possible cause of this error. It is possible that your player may be a different model than the Rhapsody version. Check the back panel on the bottom right and verify that it says 'E280r' and not 'E280' or 'E280v2'

I already did that, in the back of the player says that is E280R.

I would try loading the mi4 file onto the player one more time. If it still occurs after that you should probably call 866-SANDISK.
