This would work real well:
But you probably mean ‘sync’ (short for synchronize) and Windows Media Player (already included with Windows) will do it.
However, you do not have to ‘sync’ anything. You can simply drag & drop, or copy & paste the files you want from your computer to your player. No ‘syncing’ required.
