for some odd reason my scroll button on my sansa fuze refuses to work… i’ve even taken the cover off my fuze to fix it but to no avail… what do i do?
If it’s in warranty contact sandisk for an RMA. I’ve not seen many posts on successful fixes at home, unfortunately.
Sometimes it could be due to corrupted firmware. Did you try downloading the firmware and installing it on the player?
