See http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board/message?board.id=sansafuse&view=by_date_ascending&message.id=9612#M9612for a list of the original 19 tracks that came with the Fuze (or at least came on my Fuze), and maybe you can find them online. But in general when you delete a track from the Fuze there is no simple restore procedure.
