The down button or up button are very slow at response to being pressed or do not respond at all after firmware update. IS anyone else having this problem.

For Scrolling lists up and down you should use the wheel. Thats the intent.
Up arrow generally used for Play / Pause.
Down arrow is used to access Music options during playback, or to select options to delete a track, etc during navigation…
