I managed to get it to reformat. I checked before doing so via my computer, showed 450 songs, managed to navigate to the reformat option, computer now shows nothing, so I’m assuming it reformatted.
The reformat itself didn’t bring the screen back, so I figured “why not” and attempted another firmware refresh. Still no fix. I’m starting to assume it’s a hardware issue. Probably going to give Sandisk a call tomorrow afternoon, see what they can do (if anything).
