Sansa Media Converter wont load

Well we got the 4gb fuse for Christmas, I need this SMC program to get videos on the player. Everytime I try to install it I get the following errors internal failure 0x80040707 the error : loading directX dll (0x0100). I reloaded direct x same errors. The fuse is v02.03.33a and my system is win xp sp2. Any thoughts on this would be great.

Thanks

John

Try Video4Fuze.

It works better anyway.

Even if you get the Sansa Media Converter to install, it never works, anyway. That’s (partially) why Video4Fuze was created (that, and SMC doesn’t work under *nix-based systems).

If you are withiin SanDisk’s warranty period, you need to call them. A black blob on the screen is a broken (not covered by waranty) or defective and leaking LCD screen. It cannot be fixed.
