I tried importing some videos in AVI and WMV format onto the media converter but it keeps saying it cant import the file yet it can play on the computer it says to install the correct codec or the file might be corrupted and media converter does not support the file.what codec is missing though?
It’s not worth trying to figure it out.
Try video4fuze instead. It works better.
