The wheel moves fine but the play button is very hard to push in.
Any ideas?
There’s probably something caught in there. Search cleaning the wheel out. There was a thread a while ago for that.
But maybe the button is just dying, since you said the wheel still works.

Well, my home button is dying, meaning it’s harder to get it to work. The four buttons under the wheel are fine, though.
