Purchased NIB Fuze $160.00 for my father’s retirement he was very happy because he had one previously but it was stolen from his luggage by an airline employee and he used it every day previous to the theft.
Put it on charger. Took charge. Took off charge will not power up. Tried all slide resets but cannot do system resets because unit wheel freezes within 2 to 5 seconds even on charger. It locks up every PC I’ve connected it to making all desktop icons disappear. Now I have to explain this to my father and will feel like an **bleep**. Seller is being difficult although I literally just cut open the package today and unit was purchased at end of 2016 in anticipation of his now retirement.
