I just bought a new Fuze+, but it can’t read the videos on sandisk ultra 64GB or 32GB micro SDHC cards.The cards are not the problem, as I can view those videos on other devices and on my PC. The 64GB is in FAT32 format. How can this be solved?
Does it work with videos located in the internal memory? What converting program did you use to convert them for the Fuze+?
Additionally, it would also help if you can post what kind of video files they are. Are they AVI, MP4, MKV, etc?
