Iluminated Darkness

I’ve had my sansa fuze for less than a year and now it wont go off and come on properly.

It wont come on until I hold the button up for 20 secs (sometimes), plays for a little bit then goes on but the screen is kinda lit but the screen is black.

Any solutions?

Settings/System Settings/Backlight.

It’s not coming on.

Even with 20 secs of holding the switch.

Maybe the battery is dead. Try charging it.

If you bought it new less than a year ago it’s under warranty and you can call 1-866-SANDISK.
