My mom got a fuze+ and set me to putting music on it. It would not turn on out of the box, so I hooked it up to my computer. The screen then lit up and said it was charging. After about 3-4 hours, I unplugged the fuze and it went instantly dead. I pushed the on button and nothing happened. I held down the button for 15, 30, 60 seconds. Nothing. I held down every combination of buttons and still nothing. The fuze+ will only turn on if its connected. Did my mom just get a broken one?
Sounds like it. Return it and get another one.
