I just bought a Fuze +. I downloaded firmware and when I try to get it to load both automatically and/or manually nothing happens. Manually, the file is unrecognizable!! PLEASE help!! The player won’t even turn on. Am I doing it wrong or is the firmware not the right one that I downloaded??
Could be either one. Did you download the firmware file from here? As far as the unit not turning on, you may have to reset it first in order for your computer to see it and download the f/w file to it.
Another thing . . . if the f/w on the player is already the latest one, nothing will happen when you try to download or update it again.
Hi Ms D, just to double check, can you post the answer as what was asked? Maybe it was just the incorrect firmware?
